They used a large spade, took out the old tree, planed the new tree. The whole experience was fabulous. Price was fair, great responsiveness and the professionalism was great. The 2 movers (Simon & Carter) worked so hard & had the truck loaded in 4 hours. They were joined by a third guy & unloaded in a timely matter.
