“Travelling from Detroit to Grand Rapids after our flight, we developed a serious issue with one of our tires. We arrived at their location about 15 minutes before closing. In spite of them being slammed and no time available, one of the young service men (sorry, I didn't catch his name) offered to stay late to help. They stayed until the job was done which was well after their closing hours.
James, at the counter, was so helpful and everyone went out of their way to help us continue on our journey home safely. While I wasn't planning on purchasing 4 new tires, they explained the necessity and feel that we got a pretty good deal on the set of GOOD tires.”

“Roy’s saved the day!! I ended up having a baby kitten who snuck under my car in the rain and could not get her out for anything. When we called Roy’s for advice he said to bring my car in and they would safely remove the cat for free. Shortly the cat was out of harms way and good as new.
