“I went here after receiving a coupon on the mail, and am so happy I did! I was supposedly 1k miles overdue for an oil change, but the technician said that my oil actually looked very clean, and he recommended I come back in 1,500 miles (and said I could generally go longer between oil changes). They topped up my tires for free and sent me on my way. I am saving my coupon and will definitely come back!”
“I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. These dudes were amazing. They were completely honest and up front and didn't try to upcharge me at all. Last time I went to penzoil and they insisted I needed full synthetic and it was so expensive for no reason. Performance plus didn't lie to me about that and it was so much more affordable for me. I also needed 5 new bulbs in my top brake light and they gave me a huge discount for that as well. They prioritize customer service over money which is rare these days. I've been trying to find a good place in the GR area for oil changes but could never find a good trustworthy place. I will be back and plan to go here for all future oil changes. I highly recommend them especially if you're a female that doesn't know much about cars. You won't get scammed like a lot of other places. They're good trustworthy people.”

“There seemed to be a little of miscommunication when booking my appointment. I scheduled an alignment and wasn’t told I’d be getting charged an inspection fee. I had just gotten a full inspection elsewhere so when I was told about this after the service was done I was a little put off. I told them the situation and asked if they would honor the price I was told originally since no one mentioned they would automatically do an inspection with another added charge. They honored it and I appreciate companies with integrity. Great customer service and prices as well because of this I wouldn’t hesitate on coming back.”

“Giving 5 HUGE stars. I was getting my oil changed about 1.5 weeks ago when the ol' mom van refused to start. The gentlemen there (wish I had gotten their names) tried everything to help start it. Turns out it wasn't something they could help, but they tried. Eventually they had to push the van out and into the parking lot. Thank you all so much for your kindness to me. I will continue to come by for oil changes. ??”

I let him know my situation & the fact that I’m from out of town, and he did his best to get my oil change taken care of between other appointments. He really didn’t have to since he was booked pretty solid for tire changes, but after I explained the situation he totally took care us since we were leaving town. He is a five star technician!”
