“My daughter is very modest and we have trouble finding her clothes that she feels comfortable in. We had a special occasion we were shopping for. We stopped in to Onalee's and explained this. Woman working gave us several suggestions for her to try on. She spent time talking with my daughter about what she liked and didn't like. My shy daughter left raving about how she wants to go back because the lady was so nice and she liked the clothes she tried on. The woman was so kind and patient because we tried on a LOT of different tops. I certainly plan to go back. This is my go to boutique now!!!”
“The staff were very friendly here, one girl (i did not get her name) was very helpful with helping me through the process of selling my clothes to them. The wait was not long at all (I went on a sunday early afternoon) and I received a pretty decent payout for the amount of items I took in. I do wish they told me why some of my items did not get taken though. I would 100% come here again”

“Good clothing, bit pricey, but here's the thing, these shirts last 2-3-4 years. Your getting quality that lasts.
Try items on before purchasing, even though they will read the same size on the tag the shirts can vary considerably.
Staff are always friendly.”

“Maurices is pretty much only clothing store I shop at. The sizes are consistent & the employees are always so nice & helpful, you would think they work on commission. Without being pushy & annoying. I usually only shop at Alpine but went to Grandville to pick up an item/size they were holding for me. Grandville was just helpful as Alpine. Great store & more importantly GREAT employees & customer service. ? ?”
“Kohl’s is generally a good place to shop and they have a solid selection of clothing and home items. You can usually find what you’re looking for if you take the time to browse. That said, some items feel a bit overpriced unless there’s a sale, and it can be hard to track down an employee for help. The store also isn’t always organized the best, which makes shopping take a little longer than it should. Overall though, it’s still a reliable spot, especially when the deals are good.”

“My first experience here was amazing! This was my first time buying a pair of cowgirl boots so I absolutely lost on how they should properly fit. I lost a lot of weight and am now able to wear a regular pair of boots. And I have always worn a wide shoe so I was stuck on finding a wide size. Well, that's not the case anymore. I can now wear a standard width boot. I am so happy that I chose the Boot Barn as my first experience buying boots!! They have a customer for life!”
“This is one of the only stores around that stocks t-shirts in the rare size LT, so it's basically my go-to t-shirt destination. I rarely notice long checkout lines, but when I do, they seem to move very quickly. I have had very good customer service experiences overall. This is a great store!”
“I just want to say the young lady managing the fitting rooms at the Rivertown Crossing Mall today is a Rockstar! She was prompt, kind, friendly and courteous. I never saw her stop moving, she was very efficient. She even picked out an outfit for my daughter to try, just because she thought it would look good. :)”
