“My wife and I decided we wanted to redo our bathroom. We had a vision of what we wanted it to look like and tried to piece things together at large mainstream stores. We did not do very well with this route and needed more guidance. We ended up driving about 40 minutes to Universal Plumbing and met with a man named Eric who asked us if we needed any help upon entering and of course I said no not right now and he kindly let us roam around. After 15 minutes we realized we ordered the wrong style tub from lowes thinking we knew what we were doing. Eric still willing to assist us sat us down and walked us through ALL aspects of the bathroom, design, shower heads, drains, faucets, bathtub. Thank you Eric for all of your help. “I've been searching for months for a suction drain stopper for my Kohler jacuzzi tub. I went to a Kohler warehouse in Saginaw, Mi. The showroom had closed their doors years ago. Irina, in the warehouse tried to help me but she said that I needed a model #, which I didn't have. After locating a showroom in Birmingham, MI, I drove an hour and a half to see if I might be able to get some help. Upon walking into the showroom, I was greeted by Susie Yangouyian, store manager and her assistant. She was very pleasant and ready to help me. Susie made several calls and found someone who was able to help us, saying I didn't need a model number, but a cartridge, which would fit any of the stoppers! Although, time consuming, Susie made the appropriate calls and was very professional in doing so. I was very happy that she was willing to take the extra step in satisfying a Kohler customer! I have Kohler tubs, showers, toilets and fixtures in all 4 bathrooms and kitchen.”

“I had to make a return because the leg on a shelf I purchased was broken. I really liked the shelf but I didn't want to exchange it and then go home and find out the new one was also broken when I open the box. I would like to thank sales associate Nola who was extremely nice and helpful who opened the box for me and let me make sure it wasn't broken. Nola eliminated any frustration of having to drive 30 minutes to return the item with her kindness. It was appreciated.”

“Highly recommend solid surfaces unlimited. They installed our quartz countertops in our kitchen. Over a year later we had a line of epoxy that was discolored, they sent two techs out (that same day) who cleaned it up and drilled a hole in the counter for the garbage disposal air switch, free of charge. I will not use any other company for countertops or recommend any other company. Thank you again!”

“Everyone I have dealt with at Bath Fitter has been professional, honest and absolutely committed to doing the best job possible. The installers arrived on time and worked, as promised, to make certain the underlying surfaces were solid, adding 2x4's, plywood and drywall to repair areas that had been damaged by the previous tub and tile walls. The skill and effort they made to finish the project was impressive, the results are far in excess of my expectations. The materials they used fit to seal that entire area were obviously designed to handle multiple applications.
This was especially true around a window that was an eyesore and that had allowed water to leak before, but I am convinced will not become a problem again....extremely happy with the experience I had!”
