Kroger Pharmacy is known for its awesome customer service and a nice new expansion. It is considered better than Walgreens, especially after the closure of Rite Aid, and offers automatic refills for prescriptions. Although there can be a bit of a line at times, the staff is always helpful and patient, assisting customers with prescription transfers and other issues. One pharmacy technician received special praise for her thoroughness and kindness while addressing a billing issue, highlighting the caring nature of the team. Overall, Kroger Pharmacy is dedicated to providing excellent service to its patients.
In response to Kroger being the only pharmacy in town, didn't they open up a new one right on van dyke.
