“aside from my terrible timing (I always manage to get there during their lunch break lol), they've been super helpful. I've had to transfer prescriptions and call doctors to send thinga and all sorts of nonsense, and they've always been patient with me and tried to help how they are able.”

“I decided to write this review when I read a rotten review from yesterday by a J Hamblin. In particular, he wrote badly about an employee there whom I've had nothing but excellent experience with. Alex is an autistic (I think) fella and only tries to be kind and welcoming. He has never once missed saying hello when I come to his line. I can't imagine Alex ever being rude to someone on purpose. I think it is wonderful the way Kroger's supports people with special needs. I've had a great experience with others, too... the cashiers, the service desk people, the pharmacy, baggers. The employees are so helpful at this store. SIDE NOTE: I did notice that 8 out of 10 reviews written by Mr. Hamblin were a 1 star. I wonder if maybe the problem isn't really with Krogers.”

“Patty in the floral department is absolutely amazing!!! I'm always buying flowers for family, friends, coworkers, etc and I put her to the test every time! She takes the 2 or 3 bouquets I give her whether big or small and she makes a work of art out of them. The girls in this specific floral department do amazing things, trust me, I've been to other local Kroger's and they were horrible and had a horrible selection. Imlay Kroger is #1 for flowers, Lapeer is #2..... Don't waste your time going anywhere else besides these two.”

“I was at, Rite Aid on, Thursday the 27th. A friend of mine, including myself, walked in and we were immediately greeted by the 2, cashier's. Very welcoming!! My friend and I responded by saying, " Hello ". We walked into the store did our shopping, the young lady came up to the checkout lane, she said, " I'll help you right here ". This has to be the best customer service that I ever had there!! I've been going there since, 2002. Needless to say, I love going there because I always have the ultimate best customer service since living in, Imlay City!”
