“Clean. Just your average CVS. They did recently make it so you can not use the bathroom, which is not wonderful. Has all the things needed for a quick stop. Milk, bread, pop, water, and everything in between.”
“I am absolutely thrilled to have found a local pharmacy instead of giving $ to big corporations, and you cannot beat the personalized service you get here either! Free delivery(!) or $1 store credit for picking up for every 2 Rxs/month, I think it is. That was a pleasant surprise! Right next to an urgent care, but not run by same company.
Someone always answers the phone, unlike calling some of the chain stores. (Looking at you CVS- blah. I don’t like having to leave a msg and waiting for a call back. I miss Arbor Drugs- used to be a tech there. That was my first pharmacy job).

“From the moment I arrived at the Apothecary & Company location in Oxford, Michigan, everything was convenient and pleasant. The parking lot is spacious and easy to navigate, so I never had to hunt for a spot. “Gas is always cheaper. Shouldn't make you get behind people let the line move when someone leaves. Next in line. I have been made to move behind people and Are still waiting because the person in front can't work the pump, while people on both sides have come and gone.”

“My late husband used this pharmacy for years and his exsperience with them is the reason i stayed using them as well. It's been a few years now and I can not recommend them enough. I used to drag having to go to the pharmacy before i switched to theirs. It always seemed to be a long wait and/or some issue with my info insurance/script error/ constantly running out of stock for 2 of my medications which lead became a constant stressor of mine until I switched to We Care Pharmacy. I haven't worked about my meds being or if stock in years since i switched which has be such a relief. I always leave their pharmacy in a better mood than I as in when I arrived! Their entire team is a 10/10!! :)

“I work at a assisted living facility. They are always so nice and helpful. I have not had a problem in the 7 years I have personally delt with them. They are amazing and go out of their way to make sure the meds get to us in a timely manner. I keep getting other pharmacys calling asking us to switch. I always tell them no thank you we are very satisfied with Clarkston. . Their drivers are also very polite and friendly. Thank you so much for being amazing.”

“Great text/notification system for prescriptions. Pricing for simple non Rx items seem to be less expensive than the other corporate pharmacies. I've never had more than 2 people in front of me on the rare occasion of a line. Would be healthier to have a drive thru option for the contagious.”

“Their medication delivery service is quick and the driver delivering, that I've met with a couple of times, was a nice fellow. I go through Easterseals to receive services and psychiatric support, so having Genoa in the same building is really convenient. I'll continue to use Genoa as my only pharmacy while I live in Michigan.”

I was sick, tired, and feverish, so I wasn't able to give her very clear or complete information about what I needed help with, yet still she was able to solve my problem in 10 minutes! I had worked with another pharmacy for over 2 hours on the same issue, only to be turned away when they could not figure out how to help me. Eva got it all sorted out in record time. “I absolutely love this place, the owner is such a nice man, I don't drive and he delivers my medications every month for free, it's such a relief to know that I don't have to worry about going without my meds because of transportation issues. Only reason I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because their hours are a bit frustrating, especially for working people, I believe the owner only has 1 employee, they don't open until 10 am and they're only open until 6, and not open on the weekends. I work over 40 hours a week and even with the delivery, it can be hard to find time sometimes that I can be home to receive my meds. It would be nice if he were open at least for a few hours on Saturday or Sunday.”
“My mom needed a few things from here so we stopped by. They lay out is just like most Sam's. You are accosted when walking in by some person selling something. I wasn't disrespectful, but I quickly shut down his advances. We knew what we needed and nothing more! I mean, this isn't Target, lol! Anywho, it was a little busy in here but nothing too bad. We spent very little time in the self check-out lane and made our way out the store. We only encountered the lady who checked our receipt walking out. She was very funny! It's Sam's...if you've been in one you've been in them all. It's the staff that can make them or break them”
