“I have placed two different orders from Kay Carroll. I am thrilled with the quality and the promptness. I’m a little concerned over my last purchase, which was nine items. I only received five. I have no indication that another delivery is scheduled. Needless to say, I’m a little concerned about the completion of my order. I don’t know the proper procedure to contact the company. I need help please. Again wonderful products I ordered eight items in my first order and then nine in my second .

This was my first day going there, ever, and I was immediately greeted by the sweetest guy ever! I cant remember his name because I couldnt hear him ? i wish I did, but he was taller with straight bleached hair, an like a pink strand, and awesome demon slayer shirt! I THINK HE HAD GLASSES He like complimented my sweater, and was so sweet, and the clothes there is wonderful! As soon as I walked in, I literally felt myself smiling the whole time. (I felt so giddy...) anyways, for a broke teen like me it was a bit expensive, BUT SO WORTH IT. I rly hope everybody goes there, because everybody inside and everything inside is awesome as heck! “Too be honest, Nautica is not usually one of the brands I buy, but some items by the front entrance caught my attention.
Before long, I found 3 shirts and a pair of shorts, all at very reasonable prices. I thought the store was nice, organized and clean. Some staff seamed more outgoing and welcoming than others, but all were helpful.”

“Stopped in today on a whim. Asked if they size women for dresses, and they said they didn't. But, they had a fabric tape measure and we looked up how to measure correctly-so we did that together. She wrote my measurements on a sticky note for me. I then, just looked at a black dress that I liked the style on, tried it on and absolutely loved it-it fit me perfect which never happens. So I ended up buying it! It was my first time here and would highly recommend it. Melissa was phenomenal and so helpful, seriously good stuff!”

“I haven't been to kohl's in a long time. I was looking for a particular item, couldn't find it. also couldn't find anyone to ask. That was a little frustrating. Also discovered that they took out all the price scanners. Waited in line for 10-15 minutes because they only had 2 registers open and the customers had some type of issues other than just a simple purchase. This is why I dont go often.”

“This store is 1/2 consignment and 1/2 new clothes. Pieces are very intentionally chosen. We pored over the vast majority of the racks and didn't find any fast fashion crap, which is a rare delight.
We respectfully disagree with a previous reviewer who said that the selection is geared for older women. My partner and I have distinctly different styles, are under 40, and easily found options for both of us. Especially standout were a denim and lace jacket with a plethora of flowers affixed to it; and what was an incredibly cool, dichromatic, and couture cropped shirt.
Some notes:
- Prices are in the mid-level range for consignment and new clothes.
- There are two dressing rooms.
- The owner is very kind, attentive, and helpful. She picked up on what kind of clothes we were drawn toward and what our price range was, and directed us accordingly.
- They don't have sales often. You can sign up to be notified when they do have a sale.
- Atypical hours--check before you go!
- To enter, park in the back and enter in the back. The gallery and consignment store share an entrance. The front doors are locked.”
“Tonight was my first visit to this place. I was looking for something very specific and needed it quick! I was SHOCKED to see they were open at 10:30pm on a Sunday evening. I came to the store and met Quinn the sales person. Quinn was super friendly, and extremely helpful. I was able to find the item I needed and spent some time browsing and chatting.
