“Banks sometimes feel all the same. They hold your money, you come and go depositing and withdrawing funds and life moves on. Well I give a great cheer to CNB for being a bank above. Their customer service has been fantastic. I'm new to living in Northern Michigan and cashing my checks at the bank has been so easy and friendly. I most often use the tube drive-thru system as well (which my kids love) and I like the simplicity of it. One trip, my 8 yr old was in the backseat and the teller sent through a s***** for her. When my daughter said thank you she asked if she could have another to take home to her sibling and the teller told her how sweet that was and sent 3 more and said she could share with more people now. These are the reasons I choose businesses. They value their people.”

“I’ve been banking at SAFCU for about 9 years. Couple car loans, checking, savings & now a pretty good interest rate CD. Those that did the car loans were great, second to none. My everyday banking needs I can’t say enough good about the clerks at the window. I deal with a youngster, Stephanie, and this young professional does an extremely great job. Always professional, always friendly & just a pleasure to deal with. I despise banks & I love working with Straits Area CU in Indian River.”
