“I was the last minute person in need of some “upgrades” to my attire for a wedding.! After a one thousand mile drive to MI, I went to the Jos A Bank in Livonia. Samantha and Moses were exceptionally helpful. Not having what I asked for initially, Samantha recommended a rival store as a possible solution. She then offered to help me “put something together” if they couldn’t help. Impressed by this, I went to the competitor and they also didn’t have what I asked for so I went back and got with Samantha and Moses.!
They pulled out all the stops and built my attire for the dinner and the ceremony both.!! They checked with their tailor and he was able to modify the two pieces required to complete my outfits.!!! This all happened in one day and even if it wasn’t the norm, the results were impressive.!!!
The store was fine, but Samantha and Moses deserve recognition for providing outstanding customer service.!!!”

They offered to rush ship the suite in time for the wedding I was going to be a part of. “This location has yet to disappoint me. Even on the busiest days you can get out of here pretty quickly. They usually always have my size and clothes and shoes. The customer service is always decent, there's a few people that will recognize me since I feel like I'm starting to become a regular there. Prices have definitely gone up at Old Navy, but so has the quality. I still think that they have some pretty decent sales especially during the holidays right now.”
