United States Postal Service

Post Offices
Hours: The United States Postal Service location has friendly clerks and good customer service, with staff who are helpful and attentive. However, the hours could be better, as the store opens at 9am and closes early on Saturdays, unlike other locations that open earlier and stay open later. The staff was quick and efficient when correcting a mistaken address, retrieving a package promptly. Some issues include the new postman arriving outside office hours, making it difficult for residents to receive packages, and a dismissive attitude from the postmaster towards seniors and disabled customers. Additionally, attempting to cash a money order after canceling a PO box was met with confusing and frustrating delays. Overall, the staff is friendly, but operational hours and certain policies could improve.
