“My FAVORITE post office! Tim, and Laura make sure everyone feels right at home when visiting. I've never been to any post office where everyone's personality is GREAT, fun, and always upbeat! If I could give this post office 10 stars I would. The only downside is that they aren’t open Saturday's, and close at 5pm M-F. 6:30/7pm would be a great closing time, but I do understand that romulus isn't a very big town, and they probably don't have enough customers to really stay open that late. I”

“The people who work here are always very helpful and very pleasant. I enjoy that. There’s never a line here and they ALWAYS have the most insane selection of stamps including international/global, yearly collections, special character's, historical stuff. They seem to do some passport stuff here too. This is 100% my preferred post office as someone who goes to the post office a lot.”

I always come in with items to ship out that I've paid for in advance. I began using the awesome QR scan where they print the label for you! This saves me time and money on printer / labels.

“Very impressed with the above and beyond service provided. Tammy was at the counter moments before closing on May 29,2019. I needed to send an urgent overnight document to Great Lakes Nat'l Cemetery and she made sure it was on the truck to go out immediately. She could of told me it will go out tomorrow but she went the extra mile to help me. I am very appreciative and send her a huge Thank You.”

“Shoutout to the Garden City post office! I had a package that I desperately needed, and it had been delayed for whatever reason with no updated delivery date. I filled out a form online through USPS, and within the hour, someone from the Garden City post office called me.
She explained the reason for the delay, let me know she would follow up the next day to make sure it was delivered or give any updates, and when I mentioned that I needed it by a certain time before work, she even put me on a quick hold to check on it. A moment later, she came back and said they were going to try to have it delivered within the next hour.
Truly so grateful for the kindness, communication, and effort!”

“On 9/1/21, I experienced a rude female USPS employee. The blue drop box states 5:00 p.m. collection pick up time. It was 4:34 p.m. when the employee rolled away the mail bin from the blue drop box. She refused to answer me in a professional manner, if the mail that gets placed into the drop box at the present time 4:35 p.m., will not be collected or processed until the following day?”
“This place rocks! Super nice postal carriers who truly deliver rain, sleet, or storm! They start at the wee hours of the morning and deliver until it's dark out. I trust the post office because they do a great job! Some ppl in the comments clearly think the world revolves around them. It's sad that adults are allowed to post such ridiculousness. I think whoever reads this should pray for those lost souls ?”

“The Brightmoor station is always amazing! Mr. Wofford is always super pleasant and friendly. It’s nice to get to know the staff. The last time I was there I was walking around trying to fit my package in one of the boxes they sell. The girl saw me struggling and found me the perfect box! Just wonderful service every time!”

“Been there 2 times to get my package and everyone has been nice and polite even late in the day. The manager told me my package would be delivered to me today at the address on the package. I waited until well after post office hours and couldn't believe it when the manager himself knocked on my door to deliver the package. Extremely grateful to the staff and the manager Eric.”

“Mr. Parker does my route and when I say we have no problems with our mail, even the people that fill in in between. Now this is really a personal touch type of compliment because the post office as a whole needs a little work. But my postman and a few others are top-notch I mean the best!!!!”
