Ebony helped knock out an issue I've been having for a couple weeks now in under 15 minutes, all while helping other people as well.

My husband dropped off the router with no problem .The gentleman scanned it ,and upon request ,gave him a receipt.Only reason it's not a 5 star is Xfinity website that lists their 800 number BUT not the store's individual phone number . Thank you
