The other lady working there also stepped in to help. Since I was there 2 hours, I saw how they multi tasked, greeted everyone kindly, and handled difficult/rude customers in the best way. It was an annoying task particularly, but their service and kindness made it go by much better. They did find a solution and I walked out with a positive impression.”
