“I cannot say enough good things about this Petco! Every employee I’ve interacted with has been absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. I especially want to recognize Keirstin, Collette, Sky, and Sarah. They are always so kind and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure customers and animals are taken care of. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the animals and the people who come into the store. Honestly, all of the employees deserve recognition—these are just the wonderful people whose names I happen to know! It’s always such a pleasant experience coming in, and I truly appreciate the consistently great customer service. Thank you all for being so wonderful!”

“Ionia Tractor Supply could possibly be the best TS in West Michigan! I do work for a delivery service and let me tell you that we aren't always treated with respect BUT the people I dealt with today (9/10/26) at the Ionia Tractor Supply were top notch. One of the employees was actually on break and, without being asked, ran and pulled an order that wasn't properly fulfilled. He did it with such a great attitude that I was really surprised because believe me it is not the standard protocol in most Tractor Supply stores! So kudos to Ionia Tractor Supply. You really made my day!”
