Employees will go out of the way to help you even when you're far from any physical branch. I've had cards skimmed before and they immediately halted the card & reversed the transactions before I was even aware of it. “The staff is super friendly. They offer free books for kids inside the bank. In the summer they offer free veggies sometimes. We have been banking with them and never had a problem.”
