They were informative, transparent, and searched for the answer to any and all (a lot) questions I had if they didn’t already know it. They did a great job upselling, knowledgeably, by recommending deals and assuring I am getting the best bang for my buck. I was dreading going in at first because honestly, sometimes not only is it just a long wait, it’s also confusing and overwhelming with all the different offers and products, AND at the end of it all, you end up spending quite a bit of money!! This time was not that, at all. They were amazing AND AT&T had great offers for me as a loyal, 9 line customer!
