“Brian went out of his was to assure we had a great rental experience for our one way move from Michigan to Texas. Even during this pandemic he went above and beyond to assure we got the equipment we needed. All he did for us definitely made the move a bit easier. The truck and car carrier were in great condition and ready to drive off the lot when we showed up. “We reserved a trailer from this location and when getting there realized that we had been over charged from another location for items we did not purchase and the recently returned trailer had a damaged strap. Staff worked hard to ensure the charge was corrected, and then took parts off of another trailer to make the rental possible. The additional work was greatly appreciated and prevented a very costly delay. Thank you for your time and understanding.”
