“Had an emergency last night, my current vet gave me little to no information & seemed very bothered that I called and just told me to bring my dog to Appleton for “immediate surgery” without doing X-rays that I asked for prior to see if my dog did, if fact, have bloat. Called NVA & he spent a good amount of time on the phone with me, having me give my dog an exam at home to see if there was any signs that would indicate she did have it. He answered all my questions on my concerns, was extremely informative & beyond kind while I was in a panic state. He walked me through on what to look for if anything had changed throughout the night & was just all around kind, genuine & very knowledgeable on the situation. I’m beyond thankful. Highly recommended! I won’t take my dogs anywhere else but here.”
