“June 2026 unfortunately I had an experience of a different sort in the last 24 hours with the store. I purchased a new lawn mower through their website it is a riding mower at a total cost of $2,649. I purchased it online to do a pickup. The order went through just fine and the money immediately came out of my account. This morning a so-called store manager by the name of Ed called me up yelling and hollering in the phone that he was canceling it because my billing address was out of state even though my physical address is here in St Louis and I live here in St Louis and I have a St Louis driver's license and I pay Midland County Michigan property taxes and IMAX military but we're going to cancel the transaction and you cannot have the mower because we don't deal with people out of state. I tried to explain to him that I live literally 8 mi from the store and he continued to yell I asked to speak with his supervisor and he said he is the supervisor I said I want to speak with a store manager he said he was the store manager I said I want to speak with your boss he said there's no one else you can talk to you're not getting no more I canceled the transaction and slammed the phone down in my ear”
