“Bill was great, it was the second or third time I spoke with him before I realized that he used to work at a local tire and repair shop in Ithaca. He was good turning wrenches then. He is scheduling Alma Tire now and using his experience explaining what you done to get you back on the road with your vehicle. I'm very satisfied with the job that was done in a very timely manner.”

“James and crew are always exceptional and a pleasure to work with. Brought in my 2017 Focus for new tires and they had plenty of options in stock. I dropped off my car first thing in the morning, and the car was done before I arrived from my walk home....got my 10k retired steps in that day, all before lunch.”
