My appointment was scheduled on Friday for Monday when i got out of work. They verified that there was definitely enough space for her so make sure i make the appointment and so on. I get there and without even calling to let me know they told me that they had an event over the weekend and now all the spots were filled. It was not only a huge waste of time but also of energy, and they stated that they have a $100 registration fee that is non refundable. So thank you guys so much because now i’m left trying to figure out what to do with my daughter while i work because you couldn’t just give me a call with a heads up, or tell me about the event before. Horrible customer service. I’m glad she didn’t go now but damn.

My daughter has gone here since she was 3 months old. Being a single mother and needing to work is one of the most hardest things about parenting. Knowing that I am able to bring my daughter here during her scheduled hours, without any worries, warms my heart. he loves all of her teachers/educators/caretakers . they keep me informed, and I love to know that they take their time to personally know each individual child ! Lori, the Director , is full of smiles , gets to the point and makes sure you are comfortable as a parent in any aspect. I would recommend anyone to send their child here or at least to give them a try.

ABC is one choice that came naturally when we were looking for a preschool. My sons (who are now 13 and 14) went there for preschool, and they thrived. I've had two children have an IRP that require speech services. Their speech therapist come right to their classrooms and work with the kids in there. That's one less appointment I have to worry about finding time for during the week. The building has security precautions so that you can feel safe dropping your babies off. It is also worth mentioning that some of the staff from 10 years ago is there, so I have to guess it's not too bad of a place to work as well.

My children have been going to ABC for a few years. The staff are patient and are always helping the kids make better choices and keep them entertained during the summer months to with mini trips and in-house guest.

my kids have been going here since 2018 and I would be crushed if I ever had to go anywhere else.. wonder staff and an amazing program and lots of new improvement and things there to do.. great place for kids to Grow and succeed.

Our Two children have been going to ABC Academy since they were each 6 weeks old, my oldest is 7 and my youngest is 16 months. We love ABC Academy because the teachers care for my children as if they were their own. The teachers see them in the hallway and stop and talk to them, they ask questions about my sons’ day when he gets off the bus. One of the best parts of my day is getting pictures of my children throughout the day on Tadpoles. It allows for me to see how they are doing in their classrooms when I am unable to actually see them.

Our son LOVES going to ABC Acadamy. The teachers in his room brought him out of his shell completely and he’s talking so much more in the few months since attending. They were also great with me the first few days when drop offs were hard for both my son and I. He currently attends 3x a week and EVERY morning he asks if he’s going to school today. The picture updates are much appreciated and each one of the staff members are so kind and professional. We are pregnant with our second son and are so excited for him to get the same great experience at ABC!

I absolutely love having my daughter come to work with me, and knowing that she is safe and loved everyday. The staff are friendly, loving, safe, and keep communication open with you daily. I love that the staff have mask on, greet the children every day, know each child's name, and overall treat you like family. ABC is not only a daycare but a learning center, my child has learned so much since starting at ABC, and I cannot wait to see what's next to come while growing with ABC academy. Thank you infant room for loving my baby and making her first couple of months not easy on me, but her as well!

My son has been going to ABC Academy on Lansing Ave. since he was six weeks old. He is now three years old and our family could not be happier with the care and education he has received and continues to receive. One of the best parts of mine and my husband’s day is getting pictures of our son throughout the day. It reassures us that he is doing well and having fun. He started learning sign language in the infant room which was extremely helpful for communicating his wants and needs before he could talk. As he worked his way through the classrooms, he learned shapes, numbers and counting, and he could correctly identify all letters of the alphabet when he was two years old. The teachers are always extremely encouraging and supportive and very helpful when we have questions or concerns. There is no doubt in my mind that our son will be prepared for kindergarten in the next couple years, thanks to ABC Academy.

I have been at ABC Academy for over 3 years. Both of my children have grown leaps and bounds while at ABC Academy. They helped me catch my child’s underlying gross motor issues from filling out the ASQ’s resulting in getting my child help to outgrow them even before he starts school. I love that my children enjoy going to school and getting fully ready for when they attend Kindergarten!

I love ABC. They are very caring, kind, passionate, and loving. I know my little girl is safe while at work. And when she doesn’t want me to do her hair, they step in and help. I love the ladies there.

ABC Academy is a great workplace to work where I am available to work with young preschool children in the classroom. I know I have full support from my co-workers as well as giving me great positive feedback and advices to help me be more successful in the classroom. I love watching the children learn and play in the classroom with their peers and seeing all the happy smile on their faces. There is good communication with parents, pay is good, good flexible schedules and hours, and good benefits. I have been here at ABC Academy for about 3 years now and I am gaining a lot of good experiences which is helping me to become a better preschool teacher.
