Sold me a Samsung fridge 2 years ago. Called about maybe a warranty or at least getting it fixed. Guy who I talked to was just rude and no help. Paid $1500 for a brand new fridge to last 2 years and they didn’t even try to help us. Don’t recommend

After ANOTHER complete failure with a purchase with Best Buy AGAIN, I went to ABC in Jackson MI. Kevin Porter was my salesman. As I have become well informed on the item I wanted, I discussed my issues/concerns with Kevin. He completely understood, discussed with absolute knowledge and patience/ polite. ABC got my business again! Thank you Kevin, we made the right decision and I am completely happy with my purchase, as I was 3 years ago because of another best buy debacle. Ask for Kevin when you go to ABC Warehouse, he's great!

Kevin the salesman greeted us not even 10 seconds after entering the store. He was very helpful and very kind. He was able to help us with everything we needed. It’s always a pleasure visiting this abc warehouse.
