Delt with a very knowledgeable young lady today by the name of Gina. Awesome customer service. Went to several ace hardwares in our town and couldn’t even get an older man up off his butt to help me out. Went in with a mower plug and she got one for me and took the time to cross reference it and help me out. Great job for GINA

I just had one of the most pleasant customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Jeff took amazing care of me! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous from the time I walked through the door. He got me the wipers I needed, test fit them to make sure they worked properly, and saved me money on the purchase. I wish I had more customer service experiences like this one. I greatly appreciated the service and it put a big smile on my face. Thank you, Jeff!

Past few times I’ve been in this store an older gentlemen has been working..the first time their was a dog with him and i had my daughter and it jumped on her while he was trying to give her a sucker…the second occasion was on Monday 9/18 and he was in the store yelling at his coworker about what needs to be done he refused to help me but sat on his phone leaning on the counter while phones was ringing the poor gentleman that was with him was running his butt off! I felt horrible for the guy!! I definitely won’t be back at this one

I’ve been in the prospect street a numerous of times and each time I’ve had a great experience with day shift guys/gals so instantly i sent my 80 yr old mother in there to grab oil for her car thinking she would have great service well this was not the case this time. After she left she called me distraught telling me never to send her back in there so i asked her what happened?! An older guy named Dennis was completely rude to her and his co worker Shawn! Dennis sent her to grab the wrong and most expensive oil they had when she just wanted a cheap oil to get her by until the oil change he continued to talk down to my mother and his co worker she told him she would say a prayer for him cuz he’s very disrespectful for a 61yr old war vet! He then demanded to Shawn to go put oil in her car after refusing to help at all! I hope something is done cuz this is no way an elder is suppose to be treated when walking into a corporate business

Staff was friendly and welcoming, an employee named Miguel helped me pick out some new wiper blades and showed me how to install them, super helpful and kind.
