Ok so I have been calling the Jackson office since friday the 24th of Feb trying to get a fax sent to the ft Wayne store well after several attempts that day I continued again on Monday and Tuesday in total I have made several calls between the stores and still can't get the requested fax to the fort wayne office and i have done all the leg work.. So I don't see how Dam hard it is to send a couple peices of paper threw a fax finally i asked for them to just mail said information so we will see if thay even happens ... Not a happy customer at all.. poor service on their part

Dr. Hoff is unequivocally and without question the best eye doctor I have ever been to! I have never left a review at an eye place, but my experience was so fantastic that I had to. She was so incredibly informative, kind, and down to earth funny to boot. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you for such an optimistic, personable approach to your profession Dr. Hoff.

I took my daughter here for an eye test appointment on Saturday 10/21. It was quite a disappointing visit. I was handed a tablet to fill in information which I was to take back to the waiting area. It timed out and I had to re-do it when the desk clerk re-logged me back in. My daughter was interrupted by another employee coming in the room twice while being asked questions by the first technician performing her pre-eye tests. It lost my daughters focus to be able to answer correctly.After having her initial eye test with the eye doctor. He proceeded to walk us to the front of the store before putting paperwork in a box. He proceeded to walk back to his office. Leaving us standing there. The front desk clerks did not ask us anything until 5 minutes had passed and proceeded to ask us if we had picked out a frame. Like… really?! Nobody told us to do anything. “Communication failure” here. After picking out my daughter’s frames, one of the front desk clerks sits us down and speaks. “Nobody communicates here”. YAH Think! It was awful and not the first time of such unhelpful customer service or lack of.I will not return here again.

I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early and waited in my car. I got a call 10 minutes before my appointment that the doctor wasn’t there to see me so I had to reschedule. I told them I was sitting right there and got a very dry “I’m sorry.” I called another location and they are making sure I get in today… Jackson location is the WORST

Not sure what's going on when you call here. The staff is great in person or when you speak to someone over the phone. But if you're placed on hold, no one ever picks up. In the last 2 weeks, I've sat on hold for 10-20+ minutes several times before I hung up. Return calls aren't made either. Was told I needed to speak to the contacts manager and he would call me back. Had to call the following week because that call never came. I did finally speak to him and he was wonderful. Called twice today to order the contacts I just tried. Two calls, on hold each time for 10 minutes. I gave up and ordered them elsewhere online. My next exam will be somewhere else.

Over priced. Can’t order my contacts because they weren’t verified but when I look at my prescription online it’s marked, verified! I’ve had smoother eye exams for a lot less.

1st time in store. Was not greeted by staff or offered any assistance. Didn’t find anything I liked and since they were too busy to help a paying customer I didn’t bother to ask. We then went to Eye Mart Expess by Hobby Lobby and got our new glasses in a HOUR!!

Dr. Hoff Is the best! She explained more to my child and I in 15 minutes about my daughter’s condition then any other doctor has before! Absolutely great!!! Ask for her!!! Also, Alex is such a sweetheart and really goes the extra mile for you without hesitation! Will keep coming back that’s for sure ?

Got glasses and the transition was messed up. Ordered a new pair and that transition was messed up. Got the third pair today and the guy didn’t put the lenses in the glasses all the way. Brought them up a hour later, the girl put the lense in correctly but heated the glasses up and wiped my glasses with her shirt. It scratched the lense, while they are replacing the lenses, I’ve had nothing but problems and paid $350 and over a tank of gas to try a resolve the problem. I understand the store can’t help the lab for messing up the transition but I don’t understand how a employee in the store wipes a customers glasses with their shirt and overheats the glasses so it does a webbing on effect on the lense I can’t get off. I used to love America’s best but this is too much hassle.

Was referred to America's Best by Roxie.Glad I listened. Very efficient system,very through optometrist who didn't make you feel rushed and answered all of my questions and concerns. Roxie took her time with me to get a proper fit.Fantastic experience would highly recommend

If I could leave a no star review I would.Took half a day off work for an appointment but was told I would have to reschedule. I rescheduled for the next day and when I got there was told once again I would have to reschedule again. It’s obvious this business has no regard for my time, as if it was of no value.I was told the doctor was out sick but they list multiple doctors on their website. A professional business would have another doctor fill his appointments.Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this place as they have no regard for their customers.I feel they now owe me a day and a half of work pay that I missed out on.

I have so much trouble finding glasses myself and Bridjess was phenomenal!! We found two pairs and at the last moment she found an even better pair. She was fun and super helpful.

Bridjess helped me today and did a few years ago too, she’s the best! Her joy is what that place needs and must be what keeps people returning! She is helpful, kind and makes picking out glasses fun after doing an exam with an incredibly serious doctor. In 2020, Bridjess recommended joining America’s Best Vision Club and I’m so glad I listened to her because my exam today was free. She looks out for what is most beneficial for the customer and accommodates what works best for them. I am thankful for her help today!

Not sure what the difference would be if I chose a different eyewear place. However, I am certain I would not get the customer service that I have been accustomed to with Bridjess! She is absolutely amazing and makes my experience worth it every time. I hope the America’s Best knows who they have working for them.
