Every dang time my car is struggling, these people help. I have not had a single issue with the wonderful staff, the store design, the spotless space, or their willingness to support me in my mechanical needs. Whatever their method for hiring is, they find the most genuinely caring and knowledgeable members.

Stopped to get a tail light. Cashier was not willing to help get the bulb or help put it in or even offer tools to let us swap the light bulb. Had to basically beg him to find us the tools to swap the lights out. Then we got the wrong light ,went back in to get the right one and said we couldn't return the wrong one. Not until the manager came out and said he would return and make sure we had what we needed to get on the road. Almost like the Cashier didn't want to do his job. Very disappointing .

My experience at the autozone was excellent. I called the morning when the weather was really bad. I purchased 2 batteries and the teller. Install one of them. It was very vold that morning . I asked him, "Are they allowed to take tips? He said no. I told him I appreciate you could please take this and buy lunch ?

My daughter was having difficulty finding someone to help her with her battery she has a 2014 Malibu she went to oriellys they told her she had to get a mechanic it was to difficult. so we went to AutoZone so I ask if I could use some tools to pull the battery,without hesitation the manager came out with the tools unhooked the battery put the new one in and sent us away happily.Thanks Ray for being very professional from start to finish.
