Gave me the wrong size fuel line and gave me some clamps and said " that will work for ya no problem ". It didn't. I won't go back. They just want to sell you something if they have the correct parts or not. Don't trust them like I did.

Was not impressed. The cashier didn't want to do anything to help. I have always loved how Auto Zone is more than willing to help find my item and then help me change it or replace it for me. This one was not willing to do anything, wouldn't even ask if I could return the wrong item I bought that didn't fit. I will not go back to that one .

They go the extra mile for their customers, unlike one competing auto care chain down the road from them.
I have asked them to get an OBD reading on my car's, and they have installed windshield wipers for me when I couldn't figure it out. ?
They're honest and good people!

I recently visited the AutoZone to get help with a minor car issue. While the staff there were friendly, they seemed unfamiliar with troubleshooting minor car problems. I had specific questions about a loose bug guard and something to keep my grill clapped in place or something, but the staff wasn't able to provide any guidance or assistance. It would have been helpful if they had been more knowledgeable about common car issues or could have directed me to a resource that could have addressed my questions. Overall, while the store itself seemed well-stocked, the lack of knowledgeable staff on minor car issues left me feeling disappointed. I ended up just buying zip ties to get me home without my broken part breaking even more.
