They charged me $90 for a full set! I've never been charged that much anywhere and look how awful the cuticles look! Are you kidding me???

Have gone to Beautiful Nails for many years and will continue to do so.
Van is the new owner and she has worked there for a long time and has always made sure I was satisfied.
The facility is clean, neat and love the massage chairs.

Made an appointment three weeks ago for my daughter in law’s birthday we get there we wait another half hour past our time we got a Pedicure and a full nail set three workers. I get stuck with the one that doesn’t speak English and on her phone all the time her name is Jessie. She was horrible.
My granddaughters nails done. She is four the nails came off the first hour when we got home it was just nail polish..
I paid the bill. I thought it was awful and more. I got to thinking about it it was $30 to put nail polish on my granddaughter’s hands that didn’t last an hour after we paid for it.
The owner Nikki told us they don’t do refunds, and that we have to come back at another time because she’s busy well let me tell you Nikki I made my appointment and you proceeded to take three other people in front of us after we made an appointment and they walked in the door This place has went downhill since you bought it and I will never go back there again and I will never ever recommend somebody to this place

it was a horrible experience got my granddaughter's nails done. She's four years old the nail polish came off within an hour after getting them done $30 it cost went back the next day and said well you'll have to come back we're too busy made an appointment three weeks prior and other people walked in the door and were walk-ins. They got treated better than we did. We never go back again.

I highly recommend Beautiful Nails on North Wisner Street in Jackson, Michigan! Henry did an amazing job My set looks amazing! Place was clean and staff were very friendly!

I have been going to Beautiful Nails for about 30 years! Julie, Nam, Han and now Van are dear friends and do beautiful work. I would never go anywhere else!
