Never had a bad experience here and always came here for all my electronic needs and entertainment needs but recently truly upset to see and hear that all best buys are doing away with physical media with movies. It's just my personal opinion but it's really sad to see them not sell Blu rays... I've been getting back into collecting them and sucked to see the shelves emptied out.

I bought two S24 cover and two screen protectors I spent $90 dollars and I asked them if they can do me the favor of putting the protectors on my phone and they told me that it costs 9 dollars. my 9 dollars for putting a protector is disrespectful.

Probably the last I shop at Best Buy...I went in to browse and happened to find myself in the Nintendo section. I was looking at the Hori Split Pad controllers. I wanted to see what they felt and looked like (one of the benefits of going to an actual brick and morter store) I was told by a passing employee to not open factory sealed boxes mind you the box had already looked like it had been through hell!!! Yeah not happy!!! Between this and changing their rewards program...

Went to try to buy a TV lady at the front sat and watched me put my child on the cart and went to walk away to try to buy a TV because no one would help me with getting the TV in the back of the store. I stood there for over 20 minutes waiting for someone, then she rudely told me that cart is only for employee use only like me using it was going to hurt anything. Needless to say I won’t be going here anymore.

Had to HUNT for someone to help us, took over 30 minutes. I had to go to the front checkout and ask for a manager to help us in the Home Theaters of all places.

Not a bad experience at the Jackson Best buy, I usually go here if I need something that my local one doesn't have in stock. During my last visit the Clerk was friendly and helpful.

What happened to this place? Corporate downsizing, not having enough employees to help customers? There was a time you could walk in here, and you'd have to swat employees off you like flies in Bangladesh. My wife and I were trying to purchase an over the rang microwave. We stood in the appliance area for about 10 minutes with 3 employees walking past, none stopped but all saw us. Finally, we asked the cashier girl for assistance. We gave specific installation requirements to the girl. She wasn't positive if what we were looking for was something she could help with. She asked if we would like to consult with another employee. Of course, we said yes. She came back saying geek squad would have to come out and see what we needed. Our question wasn't about our installation. It was about the capabilities of the microwave venting system. I will never step in this store again. Luckily, the alphabet warehouse appliance store down the road had someone who knew what our requirements were. Identical microwave was even cheaper.
