Jack needs to learn better customer service skills. I did not appreciate the implications that I was using a fake ID to the point he was shining in the light looking for inperfections and even pulled his own ID out to compare them side by side when I'm twice his age. All he had to do was scan it. I won't be returning to this store.

I grew up coming to this gas station. They have made so many beautiful updates. I interacted with Jack today, he was extremely kind. They offer punch cards for ice cream and coffee. They have seating areas inside and outside. Cute and welcoming place! GO BOB GO!!!

Beautiful store nice location..... The reason people stop at your store is so they can use the restroom and get gas.
"NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS" in the end cost you money for your laziness.

This morning, I witnessed the owner of Bob’s Country Store, mistreating a window cleaner who was working , until the owner came out. The conversation seemed brief, and then all of a sudden I noticed the owner kicking over this window cleaner’s bucket, and an item hit the poor guy’s leg when he did it! The window cleaner then seemed to take pictures of the event, and the owner came out again to tell the window cleaner to leave, and harassed this man. I know this is the owner, as I have frequently shopped at this store for my breakfast and gotten gas here. I will NOT be returning after seeing such a hostile display of behavior to another professional worker.I advise all others who value respect and communication, to also be wary of shopping at this location. Very unsettling to see someone become so hostile, so quickly. I hope you heal sir, and find the help you need (owner).-Mike

The old staff is great. But the new workers that were hired here need to be retrained in respect and Customer service. Horrible encounter here with poor service. You know what happened and the store was in the wrong. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. The pleasantries has been done away with here & the Management which is hard to contact doesn't care.
