So it is my experience that Ashley gets to the point and gets things accomplished that others don't seem to want to be bothered with, and she is kind, she has a great attitude and I really like working with her. She handles her business.

Disappointed with Boost Mobile's Refurbished Phone
Disclaimer: This review is due to the company not this exact location even though this is the store I took my phone to to get fixed.
I purchased a refurbished phone from Boost Mobile's website. Unfortunately, upon receiving the phone, I discovered it was locked to Verizon's network and wouldn't read SIM cards. Disappointed by this turn of events, I contacted Boost Mobile for assistance.
Boost Mobile Offered No Help
Boost Mobile declined to take responsibility for the malfunctioning phone and offered no solutions besides to reach out to Samsung. I also reached out to Samsung and Verizon, but neither could provide assistance due to the phone being locked on a Verizon's carrier network unless I wanted to open a plan through Verizon.
Frustrated and Switching Carriers
Left with a non-functional phone and feeling frustrated by Boost Mobile's lack of customer support, I decided to switch to Google Fi. Even after attempting to use the phone as a loaner device with Google Fi, Boost Mobile remained unwilling to help troubleshoot the issue.
Recommendation to Avoid Boost Mobile Refurbished Phones
This experience has led me to advise others against purchasing refurbished phones from Boost Mobile. My experience highlights the potential for encountering issues and receiving limited support in resolving them.

I had a wonderful experience today thanks to an employee named Renata…. She was friendly and extremely helpful!! Definitely has an amazing attitude and presents herself with a welcoming attitude as well!! She definitely deserves a raise!!
