So, yesterday I bought an energy drink that I did not open and today and I took the drink into the gas station with my receipt in hand, asking to return it. The man at the counter was very rude in telling me I couldn’t get a refund. If there is a no return policy, the cashier could have been much friendlier in telling me so, instead of looking at me like I’m stupid. I left the store feeling very uncomfortable and upset. I will not be shopping here again.

Becky was awesome and this place is amazingly clean and everyone is so nice and professional. Not too many people here today so I am happy about not waiting too long because I am a busy person and I have errands to run again today.

My son went in due to breathing difficulty. He was seen very quickly and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. A couple days later they called to check in on him and make sure he was doing better. I thought this was a very nice gesture and appreciate everything they did to help. Thank you!

My daughter was seen for having a fever for five days fatigue. By dr Millican she said oh she has a ear infection gave me meds for her I went home and two hours later we had to go emergency room because she couldn't breath her oxygen was low and pulse was high. The pediatrician at the E.R stated her one ear is clear and the other is full of wax can't even see it. How do you do that to a 3 year old give meds for something that you don't even know if it was that. Not to mention she was wheezing so bad the E.R had to do treatments every 20 mins..

I recommend everything about this place! The whole staff from the check in to the checkout was so nice, friendly, helpful and very caring! The facility itself is very nice. It's very clean. I can't say enough good things about my whole experience there. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

Really impressed with how fast they got my son in for a strep test on Christmas Eve with a full lobby today. Nurse, front desk Tia, and Dr. Gugliemetti very nice. We had never been before, and I feel like there are so many ding dongs in Jackson, you often get treated poorly at places like this from the services being abused.... They didn't make us feel like that at all. I would definitely recommend this office for after hours care.

1 star is being to nice. Ive been here several times with no problem until today. I was seen by P.A Mary Millican today for severe knee pain. I couldn't get into my doc so I figured they could do a few x-rays and tell me what's going on, so I didn't have to sit in the e.r all day. I waited for an hour and a half and finally got back to the room. Millican told me to take my pants off so she could look at my knee. After she was done she went to leave the room. I asked if I coul
