“All the employees at this Enterprise location were very friendly and professional in all the interactions I had with them. They explained everything simply and had me in a car within 20 minutes. When I returned my car it was just as easy. Shout-out to Gavin for exceptional service. They deserve a finished interior for their building tbough. It's too open and awkward.”

“This location went above and beyond for us today! Due to an error in communication the call center told us we could pick up at 1 pm but come to find out this location closes at noon! While driving there the location called us to confirm we were coming and we said we’d be there by 1 and they said oh well we close at noon. Rather than leave us high and dry like Enterprise the person stayed over until 1245 just so we could get the van! Well done Hertz employee, well done!!”

“I recently rented a 12 passenger van for my friends and I to attend a concert out of town. The vehicle I needed was available and reserving it in the app was super easy. The Avis employee thoroughly explained the idiosyncrasies of the van as I sat inside and was available to answer any questions I had. It was easy, convenient and priced very affordable.
