Citi Trends is a store with a good selection of clothes, shoes, and bags for really cheap prices. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and really nice. Some customers find a lot of cute stuff and favorite items, especially in plus sizes. However, others note that shipments can be inconsistent, leaving the store without items in certain sizes. Some feel the merchandise looks cheaper made than before. The store can sometimes be full of merchandise but have few customers.
They have quite a few good deals but the workers are never friendly, I tried to make eye contact a few times and was completely ignored, I won’t ever go back In there because of there customer service, very rude and not Approachable.

I just want to say how friendly Courtney was. She was so accommodating and made sure I found everything I was looking for. She had such great customer service skills. Thank you Courtney and thank you Citi Trends for a great shopping experience. Will definitely return!
