I took my daughter in to have her ears pierce. I paid $70 for the earrings she wanted, they were crosses that were filled with diamonds. A week later the diamond's had completely fallen out of the one earring. I called the store and was told that a manager was not in and would not be in for a couple of days, that she would call her and I could call back in a couple of hours. I did that and there was no answer. I called back the day that I was told a manager would be in, but then she would not be in until 5. The girl remembered me and said that her manager told her I would have to call 1-800-Claires, that they could not do anything. I did that. I was told I would have to talk to the manager at the store for a refund because it was an instore purchase. I am still waiting on a resolution. I will not be back.

The store it's self is clean and organized. But I was not greeted when I came in. Worker wasn't friendly and on her phone. Would not shop again at this location again.

I had recently gotten my ears pierced a few weeks back and was given a card. This card stated that I was able to get free earrings for a year within a few weeks. There was a few questions I needed to ask about this card. I walked into this Claire’s at my location, in the Jackson Crossing, and I was not greeted at the entrance. I continued to look around the store for some potential free earrings. I go up to the counter to ask my questions and I ended up waiting there for about 2 minutes in the waiting to talk to this woman. The woman behind the counter didn’t make eye contact with me and continued to stare at her phone. I am certain that this woman heard and saw me waiting. I was done waiting for her to get off her phone so I decided to exit the store. I was not very impressed with my experience a couple days ago. If you are going to be on your phone during a work shift please me mindful of the costumers around you seeking for help, thank you.

Kind of sad when I as a customer go to go shopping in this facility and have my 11-month-old with me and I overhear the manager Melanie and her associate talking about chlamydia to the point where I have to stop their conversation and remind them that they work at store that caters to children. NEVER will I go back to this Claire's again. Be advised if you go to this location your children may hear things that children shouldn't hear or know about.

Normally I wouldn't review a big name retail outlet. But this deserves a mention. My daughter went in to return a pop socket that she'd accidentally broken when she opened it. The cashier MELANIE at the Jackson Crossing store went above and beyond helping her. She not only allowed what otherwise would not be an acceptable return, she helped my daughter open the new one and put it on the phone for her. All with a great, upbeat attitude. ? I Hope Claire's is paying you way more than they probably are Melanie. You deserve a raise, either way.

Busy and understaffed. I intended to get in and get out quickly but there was one person working the floor and the cash register. It took me not even 5 minutes to find what I wanted but I had to wait at least 15 minutes to get out of the store. To add insult to injury one of the earrings in the set I bought was broken ?. I didn't bother going back to the store. That's unacceptable.

Lazy, rude woman who basically refused to pierce my daughters ears despite being open and able. Went to piercing pagoda instead. Claire’s has lost my business
