Rarely do I take time out of my day to leave a review regardless of how bad the service was… But this place is horrible!! I walked in and was half a$$ed greeted by a girl. I had scheduled an appointment to come in and apply for an auto loan which I’ve done several times and know the process very well. The lady tells me I have to apply online they no longer have loan officers you can speak with, this is the new process at all the branches. So I leave, call the next location where they tell me the exact opposite and assured me there are still loan officers you can speak with and get approved or denied on the spot. Horrible service, waste of time, don’t know their jobs. ?

The new drive thru atms are fine, as long as your card can be read by them. Cp's chips on their cards don't work half the time you use them and their own atms at their bank don't read them. There was a line inside the bank because no one wanted to use the atms in the drive thru. I waited only like 10 mins just to despoist some money because the at wouldn't read my chip on my debit card so it wasn't too bad.

Filing a complaint with the Better Business BureauI got scammed and had to dispute the charges on my accountThe young lady I spoke to let me know that there would be 7 to 10 business days until I receive my funds back in my In my account and my Replacement card This happened November 6th It is currently the 27th of November and I have yet to receive anythingThis is a huge inconvenience to me because now I have to figure out how I’m going to pay my rent on timeI cannot wait to close my account

Edit: Had to change. I can't say that it's this branch in particular because I have no idea where these people are that I've been talking to about a loan. It seems like since they've merged, their customer service has gone right down the drain. It has been nearly 2 weeks trying to get answers regarding this loan, 3 days since my last question and still no response. My other 2 loans through them (when they were still CP) took one day and I was driving the vehicle that day! I have no choice now but to go elsewhere and will be looking to refinance my existing loan through someone else.
