Went in to get cigarettes and was told my rewards "won't work." Because they'd lost power earlier in the day. So apparently that means I have to pay more and be punished for that. Like it's my fault. Well you just lost a customer for life.

Pretty sure the redhead older lady doesnt like "my kind" she was very nice to all the people in front of me. When she got to me, her whole demeanor changed. I said " Good morning" and she was silent and never looked at me. For people of color, just go elsewhere.

Car wash took my 5 dollars and didn't give me any quarters when I wanted to wash my car. At least the staff was cool about refunding my money. From what I understand, this problem happens alot.

Went here a few times but for some reason whenever an employee named Jody is working she always says weird stuff under her breath and runs to the back. When she gets back to help me, the customer, has white powder near her nose and acts strange afterwards…. I think she runs to the back to snort Cocaine but I don’t understand how she can work here while actively high and giving such poor service to paying customers. But I do know that I will not be returning.

Ruby is rude everytime I go in there. The guys are always super kind and welcoming however. My boyfriend is 25 and was buying liquor for a lake day and she stared at his ID for a good minute before looking at me and rudely asking for mine. Unfortunately, it’s the only gas station near me.

It’s an okay gas station. The store is reasonable but the rest of the property is barren of any shops or development.

The Rives Location is a joke. Empty strip malls.... Car wash is always out of soap and has green algae growing all over inside of it. It is so gross, shows a complete lack of pride of ownership. I will try to avoid the place like many others in our community!

Cashier didn't listen the first time when I told her $15.02 on pump #5, rounding up my total to $30 for the sake of not getting change back. Had to go back in because she put $15.00 on pump #2. Then she put $15.00 on pump #5 so I just parted with the .02cents of gas for the sake of not going in a 3rd time. Other than that the place is fairly nice, wouldn't bother with the smoothie machine not worth the money you pay.
