Recently had to fill a prescription at the CVS located on West Ave. in Jackson. I was told it would be 15 minutes or so and I'd be paged when it was ready. I finally was paged and went to the pick up window. There were several people behind the pharmacy desk in back filling prescriptions who saw me but no one acknowledged me or said anything like, "Sorry, we'll be with you in a minute." Why would you page someone then not have their prescription ready??! Why would you ignore them after you'd paged them??!When I got the prescription I told the clerk I was going to run it through GoodRx. Her attitude was like I was putting her out. I'd had enough of the place and the price without GoodRx wasn't much, so I paid it just to be out of there. Bad experience, awful customer service and I won't go back again. Take your business to someone else who appreciates it and treats you with courtesy. These people do not.

Always a very nice pharmacy with proficient staff that work hard…answer questions n deliver with a smile!! You can manage refills online n they do have free home deliveries for if u chose n /or drive-through pickups also. Lots of room in-store for over the counter supplies to chose from too.

only thing I did not like was having to wait 20 minutes for the pharmacy to open back up from lunch. with all the employees you have there there is no excuse for having all of them take lunch at the same time. it is very inconvenient for the customers.

There posted hours of operation is complete crap !!! If you post that your open till 9pm then that should mean that you are open , working and serving customers till 9pm !!! I went there at 853pm and cashier up front tells me there closing in 3 minutes. I go back to pharmacy and lights were off , gate down and no one working!!!! it was not 9pm yet !!!! The cashier up tells me they close at 9 when I asked, i told her they had already closed and her reply was that it was because pharmacist had worked a 12 hour shift and gates close automatically ! Really !? That's complete crap !! If you post till 9 that should mean 9. That or change your fricken posted hours people !!!

CVS West Road will ruin your day. If you go to the drive-through window, be prepared to sit there for 15 minutes. That's if there's no one else in line ahead of you. If there is someone ahead of you, take comfort in the fact that police don't launch a missing persons investigation unless you disappear for 48 hours. You should still call your loved ones and tell them where you are. In line. At the CVS drive-through. Go with a full tank of gas and enough water and food for at least a day. Diabetics, bring your insulin. Ironically, there's insulin right on the other side of the wall. But good luck getting it. You might try to beat the system by going inside. That's worse. The staff is rude and belligerent. Every time. And it's not just one of them. It's the whole pack. Imagine trying to score opiates without a scrip. That's how they treat me every time I go in there. But I'm not trying to score opiates without a script. I have a script. And I'm trying to score psoriasis medication. I'm never going there again. I'm never going to any CVS. I'd rather buy my psoriasis medication from the street dealer. I imagine they would treat me with more dignity. I've been on Yelp! For four years. I've never written a review. This is the first one. Because they will ruin your day.

We like this CVS over the one in Target. We mainly use their pharmacy which to be honest is great. They are always super fast, helpful and willing to answer questions. With that being said the wait can be long but what pharmacy isn't always busy. This one in particular is usually always busy but we get our prescriptions either the day of or the next day which is great. The store itself is very clean and well stocked and the employees are usually pleasant for the most part. Their bathroom is in the back so if you have to use it you have to ask someone to let you back there which is kind of weird but better than no bathroom. The pharmacy does have a drive thru option but there is usually a long line so your best off just going inside.

Absolute worst Pharmacy experience I have ever had in my life will never go to a CVS again in the rest of my life. Incompetencies run wild here.
