If anyone has a Medicare otc card that has to be used at CVS pharmacy, please be aware that you are paying more for your items with the card. I bought 2 items that said $17.99. when I paid for it, they charged me $22.99 each. When I saw what they did, I told him about it. He said it was because I used the OTC card. If I would have paid any other way, it would have only been $17.99 each. No other place does that. That's just wrong. In other words, CVS discriminates against you if you are on Medicare and have OTC. Also, $5.00 each item I bought is a very large penalty don't you think? I am so upset about this that I changed my insurance to one that doesn't use CVS. I also wrote a letter to Medicare. They don't penalize you if you use a credit card, debit card or a bridge card. I won't give up on this one.

They should limit the type of transaction that they will take through the drive-thruI'm sitting in line for 30 minutes. Watching each car take an average of 5 minutes to go throughI have meds to pick up and it takes me 30 seconds like it should. What are they allowing people to waste everyone's time doing with this?

I travel a lot in and out of state and this Pharmacy and the other Cvs is in St Joseph Mi are the best I don’t even get this level of satisfaction at the Dearborn location it’s always something considering that I live 10 minutes from the Dearborn location.. I understand that their understaffed at this moment… I’ve been told to pick up a seizure med at the Dearborn location then I go get it no one knows what I’m talking about .. thankfully this location has it …..and they were very courteous filling the prescription .. Thank you

I cannot express enough the sheer incompetence of the pharmacy. The number of mistakes they have made with my prescriptions is so large I can't even list them all here. My final straw with them was today. I went to pick up 2 prescriptions and was told I already did. They kept insisting I already got them when I did not. I asked to see my signature from picking them up and was told they didn't have one. She told me they were scanned and picked up at 3:57 last Monday. I was at work during that time, so it would've been impossible for me to get them. She said someone must know my name and birthdate and they picked them up. I know of no one who would've done that. I was forced to pay out of pocket for my blood pressure meds.

I was having a very hard time getting my insurance information in order. The pharmacy team here was very kind and helpful during the whole process, and helped me get my meds at an affordable price

Called to refil prescription guy answered super rude was mono tone and condescending. Said his name was meer sounded indian and hung up on me. Transferring all business to a different pharmacy. To meer. If you have what you do its best to find something else.

Recently had to fill a prescription at the CVS located on West Ave. in Jackson. I was told it would be 15 minutes or so and I'd be paged when it was ready. I finally was paged and went to the pick up window. There were several people behind the pharmacy desk in back filling prescriptions who saw me but no one acknowledged me or said anything like, "Sorry, we'll be with you in a minute." Why would you page someone then not have their prescription ready??! Why would you ignore them after you'd paged them??!When I got the prescription I told the clerk I was going to run it through GoodRx. Her attitude was like I was putting her out. I'd had enough of the place and the price without GoodRx wasn't much, so I paid it just to be out of there. Bad experience, awful customer service and I won't go back again. Take your business to someone else who appreciates it and treats you with courtesy. These people do not.

Yeah, what ever I do legally in my vehicle while in the drive through, I will continue to do if it's easy, woke a cigarette or have a baby crying in the car. I do not care 1 weird word what the rude pharmacy tech (if she's a manager she ya failing and That time her position was apharmacy tech)lol ? nice power trip. I'll call corporate until you pay for my new vehicle, mind ya business." For future reference "

I always feel like something is watching me! I just check out at self check out. A customer needed help and she said after I check her out.. what it’s self check out. I was thinking. I scanned my own stuff as she watched. So uncomfortable and so awkward. I am not going to steal anything and why pick me out.. tattoos. I won’t return
