Normally my experience with this nail shop is a good. This visit, not so much. I made an appointment to get a fill-in and pedicure with a specific nail tech. Got there and she wasn't even there so the guy started my pedicure. When she showed up I was finishing up my pedicure. Another customer walked in right behind her and sat right down in her chair. Even though I made an appointment AND showed up early.
This leads me to believe that my Black dollars are not welcomed at this establishment. This is the only nail shop I go to and I always ALWAYS leave a good tip. Now I will take my business to a place that values customer service and my Black dollars!!

Me and my 3 sisters went here to get our nails done, this is my first set in a few years so when the nails were first done I didn't notice an issue. Once I stepped out of the shop I immediately noticed the acrylic was not laid right, and is too thin at the base. I asked them to fix my nails and they said they would do it for free, when I told him 5:30pm yesterdayhe agreed, and i had already left work early for it, but apparently he thought i said tomorrow, so he had sent his nail techs to a party, even though i clearly said 5:30pm yesterday. He should not have agreed if he couldnt do it. My sister's all have slight issues with their nails too. My eldest sister can see through her nail polish. My second eldest sister noticed a big dent in her pointer nail. My younger sister said hers is see through too, even though I spent $73 on her nails. This place is not worth your money or the time it takes to get your nails fixed. Just go somewhere with better reviews, because they screwed me over big time, I work with my hands and the way these nails were laid is very inconvenient and I will be asking for a refund of my $70 that I spent on mine so I can get them fixed by someone more qualified. Also the nail tech who did my nails was not paying attention, did not wear gloves, and because he wasn't wearing gloves, he cut my fingers with his brittle nails. Overall, this is the worst experience I've ever had with any salon. I don't know how they're still open.

first i got my nails done and they were chunky. it’s not even been a full 2 weeks ive had 2 nails pop off and mind you this is a fresh set. and 3 of my other nails feel like they are ready to pop off already. i will never go here again do not recommend.

I went in for a manicure with clear polish. I soaked for a short period of time, they trimmed the skin around my nails, did NOT use cuticle oil or lotion, did NOT push my cuticles back, I did not get a hand massage and he only put one coat of polish. For $25 this was a total rip off! I could get passed how dirty the place is if they did a great job, but they did not.

I had acrylic nails done. The price is the same through out the area. I had my nails done less than a week ago. I should have gone back the next day but, like another salon in Jackson, I figured they would do nothing. Some of the nails are too wide and you can see that they are artificial due to the edges. You can see my nails on the sides and along the cuticle as well as the thickness of the fill. I was disappointed that I spent a good amount of money and have nails that I want to hide.

Went there from a friends recommendation. My pedicure was only 12 minutes. The polish thankfully looks nice but there was no attentiveness to the foot scrub or even lotion on my legs. Rushed me through. Paid $48 for someone to put polish on my toes.
My feet are still rough. I will not be returning.
And the tech decided to clip his own fingernails while sitting in front of me while my polish dried. His nail clippings dropped on his shirt and all over the floor.

So my sister and i went here yesterday for the first time and we will ABSOLUTELY be back!!! Pony did my nails and he was amazing ? plus he was really cool and fun to talk to!!! Great experience, thought my nails would have cost more than they did, it was just all around awesome!!!
