Your phone system is to hard to contact a known location. The phone robot doesn’t give the correct info to be able to contact the branch we need to talk to. I can’t even talk to an operator. Just goes round and round.

Terrible service! I spoke with the appointment clerk yesterday to change my delivery as I live in an apartment building and they won’t deliver the heavy/large tv stand to my door. I specifically asked her if o could reschedule for a different day when I had assistance, the appointment clerk agreed and confirmed. I come home the next evening to find they have in fact placed the delivery at the bottom of my apartment complex. I call the office
And the evening shift clerk was extremely rude and condescending. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and distasteful is the service I’ve been receiving from this company. No one is of any assistance with my request nor has an answer for me. I continue to get the run around. Would NOT recommend

Lisa and Kristen took care of me today, they were very welcoming and helped me ship my large freight item without a hiccup! Would gladly go back there without a thought!
