Beware using fedex to receive online orders. Ordered equipment for my field crew and they wouldn't accept the delivery because UPS was delivering it. Equipment had to go all the way back to the seller because they rejected it.

Worst customer service I have had when trying to set up a time to meet the driver for a package that I had to sign for. The woman told me that she put in the delivery instructions not til after 5 when I got out of work. Ofcourse the come at noon. But somehow five minutes after I get the notification it's already back in Jackson. Not pleased

Their website phone number takes you to an Indian healthcare scam, add a 1 to the front. When it says FedEx it's all automated and you can't get to a receptionist. No help
