Any one who uses fedex wants to see the world burn. their "customer service" is a joke of an automated thing that will take you in circles then hangs up on you or gives u lackies who know nothing. The drivers and delivery windows of 7a to 8p are so vague, with the drivers not even knocking 90% of the time and just leave the slip on ur door quietly and run.

FedEx has a policy that they only run trucks until a set time. If the packages aren't delivered, they go back to the warehouse. I tracked a package all day. It left the Jackson, MI warehouse and I was told it would be delivered by 8pm. At 7:54, the update changed to delayed and it would be delivered the next day.I called and had it changed from delivery to pickup. I showed up at the warehouse and waited in the lobby for 5 min before anyone came out to answer the bell we rang multiple times in the lobby.The package I ordered had easily legible and understandable words on the outside "Biological Specimen". I understand everyone's packages are important but I would think items in nitrogen tanks, dry ice, etc would have priority over cardboard boxes. They don't. Keep it in mind. Also, no refunds on late EXPRESS deliveries during the peak season no matter what additional fees you pay. No guarantees during peak season.Seems like if you don't think you can deliver everything, you shouldn't load a truck up all the way. This would allow customers to make necessary changes as to how they got their package. I would have been more than willing to pick it up myself had I been given the option. By the time I was notified, pickup was closed. Disappointing since I needed that specimen the day it was supposed to be delivered.

Sending anything internationally internationally can be a challenge. The staff at FedEx were patient and thourough, making sure everything was in order, and the the shipment would be expedited.

Took 1.5 days longer to get a customers package to them. They destroyed the package and denied a claim for getting reimbursed on the overnight charges since the package didn't get there in the time I paid for.

the center was great but the scanning system is horrible 3 different places to ship something for a return The first place General Dollar scan the box and 3 days it came back to me.. They need to do something to improve the scan for a mailing label at all sites
