I personally have had no trouble with 5th 3rd in 11 years for banking other than, like all banks that lend mortgages, they lost paperwork we uploaded and had to upload again. They have always been straight forward and friendly.

3 star rating for the bank, but a 5 star rating for their employee Kayla, best bank teller there is, she's very good & fast at her job. She also has great customer service skills. Knows her job very well.
