If you are looking for subpar service, this is the place to be! Absolutely awful. Save your time and money and go somewhere else . Lady at desk doesn't seem to understand customer service or proper communication. Location says closes at 6pm at 5:43 these dudes dip.

“Secretary” was extremely rude and unhelpful. Scoffed when I asked for a cheaper tire, also was unenthusiastic when I said I only needed two tires. Hope they find someone friendlier to help customers in the future.

The shop was able to replicate the stalling issue I was having. Still told me the diagnostic was fine and nothing was wrong. I had to pay 100.00 for nothing. I would never go back or tell anyone I know to go there. In fact, I will make sure to do the opposite. I will make sure every time I hear of someone say they are having car issues, that they know to never choose this company.

Kim the manager is AWESOME! I always appreciated the service while I lived in Jackson, Michigan - so much so that when I knew it was time for a new set of tires that I made our appointment in Michigan for when we would be there. (We live in Florida.) They are always conscientious, pleasant and more than fair with pricing.

Incompetent and insulting.
First and foremost the woman working at the front desk is condescending and lazy. She must be the owner because from all these reviews it seems she treats everyone like garbage. Ordered tires and had them delivered to Firestone. Apt was at 8. We received a call at 9 stating that there are locking lug nuts on the vehicle and they can’t change the tires. I have my tires rotated regularly at a local dealership and it’s never been mentioned in the past. You are a tire shop this is something you probably deal with on the daily but it’s my job to figure it out apparently. I call back with a few places the key should be according to the dealership and ask them to call back and let me know if they’re able to change my tires or not. After no return call I call back an hour later and the woman again had no idea what’s going on. She can’t be bothered to ask if the key was found and says when she gets a minute she’ll see. Still no return call so we drive all the way back to Firestone to check for ourselves. Again Kim was rude and condescending. We ended up picking the tires up and will be taking our business elsewhere. If Kim isn’t the owner I’d reevaluate her position there. She would best be suitable in a position where she has no contact with the public.

I went there to get my van looked at because i needed a alignment and also paid to have my brakes looked at at first they told me that my brakes were testing fine and I needed a rod end and also a control arm. got rod fixed but waited to get control arm fixed. But due time I drive my vehicle and made another appointment to have control arm fixed she told me a certain date but called and said that we would have to reschedule for the next week but I'm still driving.but at the same time my brakes were feeling wrong after I paid for them to look at them so I did myself and they were terrible so bad that couldn't happen in two weeks time so. When I took it in by appointment asked to fix arm got that fixed But THEN told me my brakes were bad and wanted to charge an months pay. Forgot to mention about the awful attitude K#M please go somewhere else save time and money.

I made a couple mistakes on there l9cation and I must called 5 times. But they was very understanding due to my part on there location. And they still treated me like a customer.

Took my vehicle in and fixed in 2 days. That’s better than Ford or Chevy which I’ve had experience with in the past.
