Many appreciate the easy online check-in, especially since the salon is often busy. The staff, including Kim, do a good job at taking time with each client, ensuring haircuts are done well. Some customers mention that there is frequent employee turnover, which can mean getting a different stylist each visit, sometimes resulting in inconsistent haircuts. Check in online and they're ready when you arrive. Very nice folks there and they even have senior discounts. Karen is the GOAT! She asked all the questions and even thinned the sides.

Just got a hair cut from Jeri and, woo hoo, that girl knows hair. Thank you for the best cut I've had in a long time! Jeri, you're a genius!

Decent prices, and so far no bad hair cuts for my 3 boys. My wife even gave them a chance. She was apprehensive due to her curly hair, but she said they did a really good job.
