I went in to buy a new lawnmower last Friday night at 5:45 pm. I thought the place closed at 7 but still had 15 minutes to purchase this. Staff avoided me and 2 guys had to be called up front to help me. They were very rude and so put off that I came there that late, according to them and their action. They didn’t want to help me with the lawnmower, just told me “they’re out front”. Didn’t want to explain to me how to use the lawnmower, told me to just read the directions. These employees did not want to help me and clearly was a bother to them. I ended up buying the lawnmower (which maybe I should have gone elsewhere) and was out the door at 6:01, with lights turned off before I even left the store. I wanted to buy locally and support a Jackson business. Their customer service was the WORST I have ever seen and was very disappointed in this local business . I had spent over $800 at this place in the last 2 weeks as I also purchased a blower the week before. I will be finding a new hardware store for my next purchase.

Great customer service!!!! My husband went all around town trying to find a bearing. He tried this hardware store and found one! Outside of that the customer service was top notch! Everyone was very helpful!!
