“I went in a few weeks ago looking for Rocks : They did not have them out for season yet . A very nice young lady helped me . I forgot her nsne but the manager knows because I called . She took time took me out back and let me pick out what I wanted anyways . She was very patient and helpful . And absolutely did not have to take me to the back . Also helped me inside finding what I need . Everyone was very friendly but the young lady who helped me shocked me for being so young and having great customer service !”
“Chase was working in the garden section when I was there Thursday. He was very kind, friendly and, unexpectedly asked me if I was a veteran. I told him no but my husband and daughter were. He shook my hand and told me to please thank my husband and daughter for their service for him.
He also offered additional information regarding entering veteran information into our Lowe’s online account. I hope Lowe’s knows Chase is a “keeper”!”
