Please use caution when buying used cars from here. Bought a car October 18. 20 days later the motor let loose! I only put 150 miles on the car $3900 spent and now i need a motor. They clear codes on the cars and have really shady practices. Ill never buy from them again and will let everyone know about how my experience went
Update 12/10. They called and said they would buy me a motor if I covered the labor! Yes I bought a 4k car! But they still cleared the codes and have shady practices. I do appreciate the offer of the motor but im not spening any money on this unless I do it my self so I know it will be done properly

I purchased a Chevy Volt from Huff about five years ago, fully aware it had some issues that needed attention. The entire buying process was completely transparent, and I appreciated their honesty from the start. After addressing the repairs, the car has been running great ever since.

Bought my 2018 Chevy Silverado in July this year and already have to pt a transmission in it torch converter failing after only driving back and forth to work for 4 months is crazy

Awful very very frustrated bought a truck in November engine went out by March, spoke with them to no avail can a dealership sell you a truck and you have it less than 4 months and the engine goes out very very disappointed , now I'm 11,000 in the hole i will not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from that place about the report them to the consumer protection

Sold a car that broke down not even a week later. Will do nothing to help expenses or cost fees, very rude and disrespectful when needing help. I would never ever buy a car from this place ever again. Not trustworthy people at all, but again it is In Jackson.

Bought this truck 3 years ago. 150k miles. Went to have to serviced at the dealer and they refused work on it yesterday Carful and CHECK THESE VEHICLES. When I spent 12k on a truck I expected more than 20k miles out of it. They claim they don’t know what I’ve done with it the past 3 years as if I parked it in a salt pit and let it sit, this kind of frame damage doesn’t happen in 3 years. I bought it like this not knowing, it’s my own fault but heads up check what your paying for.

i bought a second vehicle from huff within a year, a 2013 camaro and within 2 days of having it it developed a severe knock and kept stalling and i wasn’t able to get in contact with them and never got a response from my email asking if there was anything they could do to help me with it so i had my dad who is a gm dealership tech look at it and he sent a oil sample to the lab to see if there was anything put in other than the called for oil. will update when i get the results back.

I left in a Huff! My husband and I bought a car from Huff Auto last month and had an amazing experience! They were so easy to work with, and very personable. They answered all our questions, and if they didn’t know the answer, they helped us find it. We never felt pressured to make a decision the way salespeople sometimes are, which was a relief. They definitely went above and beyond for us, and we are so thankful we chose them for our used car experience. Will definitely purchase from them again in the future!
